Why don't my books download?

Most downloads require some time to be packaged prior to being made avaialble for download.  For these books you will be taken to the My History page once a book is requested for download. Please select the Available or Downloaded link to initiate download for your book.

If you've already left your My History page, please do the following to initiate download for your book:

  1. Log in to your UK education collection account.
  2. Select My History. 
  3. Under the book status, please select the Available link.
