Adding, removing and changing Sponsor (staff) and Primary Contact accounts?
You are only able to create Sposnor accounts to add staff to if you are the registered Primary Contact.
Sponsors must be staff, faculty, or professionals working with your organization. Sponsors cannot be parents (unless employed by your organisation) or volunteers.
Adding Sponsors (staff) to an organisation account:
Go to My Homepage
Find the Sponsors link in the left hand navigation list
- Select the Add Sponsor
- Complete the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Title (ie job role in school)
- Email (school/organisation email address please)
- Password
- Tel No
- Select save button

Changing the Primary Contact:
- Go to My Homepage
- Find the Sponsors link in the left hand navigation list
- Select the tick box in the row of the Sponsor you wish to make Primary Contact
- select the Primary Contact button on the right below the Sponsor table.
- Select to ok in the confirmation box to change over the Primary Contact.
Updating Sponsors (staff) to an organisation account:
Go to My Homepage
Find the Sponsors link in the left hand navigation list
- Select the pencil icon in the row of the Sponsor you wish to update
- The Edit Sponsor screen will allow you to change any details and reset the password for the sponsor.
- Select save button
Removing Sponsors (staff) to an organisation account:
Go to My Homepage
Find the Sponsors link in the left hand navigation list
- Select the tick box in the row of the Sponsor you wish to remove
- The Edit Sponsor screen will allow you to change any details and reset the password for the sponsor.
- select the remove sponsor button aon the right below the Sponsor table.
- Select to remove sponsor in the confirmation box .
