Does Bookshare Web Reader take notes, have a dictionary, or create bookmarks?

The Bookshare Web Reader currently does not have the capability to take notes, define words, or create bookmarks.  The Web Reader will remember where the book was last read so long as it's accessed on the same computer, allowing members to re-open a partially read book and be immediately taken to the point they left off from.
