Reading for fun!

World Book Day 7 March 2019 ...its time to read for fun!

This is the 22nd year for World Book Day, and on 7th March 2019, children of all ages will come together to appreciate reading. Very loudly and very happily. The main aim of World Book Day in the UK and Ireland is to encourage children to explore the pleasures of books and reading by providing them with the opportunity to have a book of their own.
Accessible books? This year’s £1 books are also available in audio and braille formats. Blind and partially sighted children, and also any children unable to read standard print due to a print disability, will be able to choose one FREE audio or braille book from the World Book Day list of 10 titles.
From Thursday 22nd February to Saturday 24th March, simply call the RNIB Helpline at 0303 123 9999 or email helpline@rnib.org.uk to get your free book!
Want some fun? Want a change from your studies? Here is a quick way to look for fun, leisure content on RNIB Bookshare. Enjoy!
