Dragon (UEB Contracted)

This is a side view of a dragon, with its head at the right of the page and its tail curving up to the top left. There is a locator dot shown, which will be at the top left of the page when the image is the right way up. The creature is facing to the right, so that only one nostril, eye and ear are shown. Its mouth is wide open, revealing sharp pointed teeth. To the left its neck leads to its large body. One huge, open wing fills the centre top of the page, joining the middle of the dragon's back. Pointed scales run right along the dragon's spine from behind its ear towards the end of its tail, which has an arrow-shaped tip. At the bottom of the page are the dragon's four legs, with a sharp claw at the front of each foot.

This crop circle was found in 1991 near Avebury in Wiltshire. There is a locator dot shown, which will be at the top left of the page when the image is the right way up. Centrally placed towards the top of the page is a circle divided into six by curved lines; it rests on the top point of a triangle. A line leads straight down from the point, intersecting with two concentric rings and a solid disc in the centre of the page. Two more straight lines lead down left and right to the bottom corners of the triangle. A circle touches the lower left point of the triangle, and a ratchet spiral shape touches its lower right point at the bottom of the page.

There is a locator dot shown, which will be at the top left of the page when the image is the right way up. At the top centre of the page is a shape, pointed at each end, that curves down the page, first to the left and then right, with a small disc nestling in its upper loop. These shapes are repeated six times around a larger disc in the centre of the page.
