Diese Vergangenheit offenbart sich im Rückblick zum anderen aber nur selektiv und interpretativ – sie wird unter den Umständen gegenwärtiger Situationen immer neu konstruiert. Soziale Gedächtnisse der Organisation geben somit Orientierung für Prozesse des Organisierens.
