Daß auch das Recht entschei­ dend beeinflußt wird, ist demnach einleuchtend. In der vorliegenden Broschüre wird nun eine große Anzahl der vielfältigen juristischen Probleme, welche die Anwendung der Atom­ energie mit sich bringt, dargestellt. Dabei wird ein doppeltes Ziel verfolgt. Da in Österreich noch kein Atomgesetz besteht, werden zunächst die Fragen des nationalen Rechtes erörtert, welche einer gesetzlichen Regelung bedürfen, und größtenteils sehr ins einzelne gehende Vorschläge gemacht.
