Im Rahmen einer Erst- und Folgeuntersuchung führte Jessica Guth bei einem Großunternehmen der Automobilbranche zahlreiche Gruppendiskussionen und Experteninterviews durch. Ihre These: Kontextuell ambidextres Führungshandeln ist das Ziel, darf aber nicht an Paradoxien scheitern, denn nur so können Lernprozesse im Team Exploitation und Exploration auslösen. Das ermittelte 3L-Modell ambidextrer Führung (Lernen, Lenken, Leisten) wird in einem Rahmenmodell zusammengefasst, um auch Führung weiter zu denken.
