Grundlagen der Geldtheorie (Enzyklopädie der Rechts- und Staatswissenschaft)
by Emil M. ClaassenDies ist die überarbeitete und erweiterte Auflage des im Jahre 1970 erschienenen Buches Probleme der Geldtheorie. Von den ins gesamt 307 Seiten sind 178 überarbeitet und 129 Seiten durch 243 Seiten ersetzt worden. An die Stelle von sieben Kapiteln sind elf Kapitel getreten. Die Geldtheorie, so wie sie in dieser zweiten Auflage konzipiert worden ist, umfaßt die Rolle des Geldes, die Geldnachfrage, das Geldangebot und den Geldmarkt. Die neuen Kapitel befassen sich mit dem Geldangebot und dem Geldmarkt. Im Vergleich zur er sten Auflage ist die Geldtheorie, was den Geldmarkt angeht, so wohl eingeengt als auch erweitert worden. Die Einengung bezieht sich auf eine neue (bzw. klassische) Abgrenzung zwischen der ma kroökonomischen Theorie und der Geldtheorie; als makroökono mische Geldtheorie haben wir jene makroökonomische Theorie definiert, die sich mit der langfristigen Bestimmung des Preis niveaus und der Inflation befaßt. Die Erweiterung behandelt die ebenfalls schwierige Abgrenzung zwischen monetärer Außenwirt schaftstheorie und Geldtheorie; als die außenwirtschaftliche Kom ponente der Geldtheorie haben wir jene Geldmarkttheorie ge wählt, die die Bestimmung der Zahlungsbilanz und des Wechsel kurses zum Gegenstand hat. Da wir versucht haben, in diesem Buch ein geschlossenes Bild der Geldtheorie zu entwerfen, haben wir es Grundlagen der Geld theorie genannt. Dieser für manchen Leser prätentiös erscheinende Titel ist jedoch - so glauben wir - angesichts der Erweiterungen im Vergleich zur ersten Auflage gerechtfertigt.

Jahrhunderts zu einem umfassenden Leitgedanken für Wirtschaft, Politik und Wissenschaft entwickelt. In einer historischen Betrachtung zeigt dieser Beitrag auf, wie sich die CSR von ihren Anfängen in den Managementtheorien von Barnard und Bowen bis zum heutigen Begriffsverständnis entwickelt hat. Zusätzlich wird eine Differenzierung der CSR in strategische und nichtstrategische Unternehmensaktivitäten vorgenommen. Dies ermöglicht es insbesondere dem Marketingmanagement, eine bessere Auswahl an CSR-Engagements zu treffen, die den gestiegenen Ansprüchen der Gesellschaft an die heutige Unternehmung nachkommen und gleichzeitig den Wert eines Unternehmens erhöhen.

Brief »über die ästhetische Erziehung des Menschen« von dem Staat entwickelt, der ewig seinen Bürgern fremd bleibt, »weil ihn das Gefühl nirgends findet. Genötigt, sich die Mannigfaltigkeit seiner Bürger durch Klassifizierung zu erleichtern und die Mensch heit nie anders als durch Repräsentation aus der zweiten Hand zu empfangen, ver liert der regierende Teil sie zuletzt ganz aus den Augen, indem er sie mit einem bloßen Machwerk des Verstandes vermengt; und der regierte kann nicht anders als mit Kaltsinn die Gesetze empfangen, die an ihn selbst so wenig gerichtet sind. Endlich überdrüssig, ein Band zu unterhalten, das ihr vom Staate so wenig er leichtert wird, fällt die positive Gesellschaft ... in einen moralischen Zustand aus einander, wo die öffentliche Macht nur eine Partei mehr ist, gehaßt und hintergangen von dem, der sie nötig macht, und nur von dem, der sie entbehren kann, geachtet.« Aus dieser Vision wurde jedoch keine pessimistische Grundhaltung abgeleitet. Es gilt immer noch, das Dickicht kleinlicher Querelen und das Niveau bloßer »chronique scandaleuse« zum Verbändeproblem zu durchstoßen und die großen Ordnungs wechsei des Grundgesetzes den Interessenverbänden zur Einlösung zu präsentieren. Solange dies nicht nachdrücklich immer wieder geschieht, sind die Verfechter der unscharfen Allmacht Verfassungswirklichkeit nicht legitimiert, das (Unter-)Konto »Verfassungsrecht« ihrer Buchführung in der Spalte »Interessenverbände« mit Pro testvermerken zu belasten. In 1988, the second conference was held in Aarhus, Denmark on "Values in Medical Decision Making and Resource Allocation in Health Care". In 1989, a meeting was held in Czestochowa, Poland, on "European Traditions in Philosophy of Medicine. From Brentano to Bieganski". The second part further examines the ways in which the multiplicity of discourses during the nationalist struggle gave way to a singular view, seen in later public conversations on children and their rights. The book emphasizes the point that more than any other event or process, the violence and fears aroused by Partition have influenced the course of modern child development related policymaking. Still, the north is continuing to lead an environmentally unsustainable lifestyle as environmental improvements are nullified by overall increases in consumption levels. In the south, a billion people still do not have access to the most basic needs. Poor countries need to accelerate their consumption growth if they are to ensure that the lives of their people are enriched. However, with rapid economic growth and corresponding increases in consumption now under way, their environmental impact is soon to become substantially greater. In a world that strives towards stemming global crises such as climate change, the path already taken by the rich and high-growth economies over the past century cannot be repeated by the south if the desired objective is to create a future that is truly sustainable. Growing Pains examines environmental management in the south from a number of perspectives. It is designed to stimulate the discussion about the role that corporations and national and international organizations play in sustainable development. It does not offer panaceas, as each country has its own problems and opportunities; and, after almost 50 years of failed panacea-oriented economic development policy transfer from the north to the south, it is time to abandon hope for universal solutions and instead look to individual approaches that work.
