- Synopsis
- This is a labelled diagram showing the critical path analysis of the process of setting up a new factory. There is a locator dot shown, which will be at the top left of the page when the image is the correct way up. There are six circles on the page, each one labelled with a letter, starting with A on the centre left of the page and finishing F on the centre right. These circles represent the nodes or stages of the project that have to be completed before moving on to the next stage. A is at the beginning of the project and F at the end. The circles are linked by labelled arrows. These show the tasks that have to be carried out between stages. The numbers shown between the nodes are estimates, in months, of the time taken to carry out the activities.
