The Capti Narrator is an e-reader application for Apple devices. It is compatible with RNIB Bookshare files. It is available for Windows, Chromebook, iPhone and iPad and compatible with the following browsers: Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
The benefit of using the Kindle app on a device is that it will reflow the text of a PDF when increasing or decreasing the font size, thereby eliminating the need to scroll left to right to read each line.
While the staff who have Sponsor accounts can view their personal download history under "My History", the Primary Contact can view all of the downloads made by your organisation. The report will tell you which Sponsor downloaded the resource and which Member it was downloaded for.

Newer iPad’s allow you to download a book from RNIB Bookshare, through Safari, and then save it directly into the iBooks app. Making it quick and easy for the learner to access whenever they need to.
