Our customers

Do you cover all print-disabilities or just visual impairment?

Our service supports all learners with a qualifying print-disability.

Who are your customers?

Our service is available to educational organisations from Early Years establishments to Higher Education Institutions and local government Sensory Support Teams who are supporting print-disabled learners.

There are three levels to our customer account structure:

  • The educational organisation selects a member of staff to be their Primary Contact (PC), who sets up the main account and must agree to our terms and conditions; no staff are able to add learners or download resources until the PC has agreed to these. They must use a valid work email address and we verify their details on receipt of their application.
  • The PC can then add other members of staff, who must agree to our terms and conditions when first logging into their account.
  • The PC and staff can create accounts for their learners to encourage independent study alongside their peers. The PC and staff are responsible for ensuring that the learners use the materials correctly and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Do you charge customers?

The service is free to educational organisations based in the UK. There is a small annual fee for overseas schools.
