Why is the Web Reader not highlighting while speaking?

When using the Bookshare Web Reader on a Chromebook to get highlighting you must install and use the Chrome OS US English Female HQ voice.  The pre-installed voices that come with Chromebooks do not include the ability to highlight at this time.

To resolve this issue: 

1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and install "Chrome OS US English Female HQ."

2. Close all Chrome windows, "Sign out" from the Chromebook, and sign back in. 

Then open the Web Reader settings and ensure this voice is selected from the voice selection drop down box near the bottom.
