iPads for Education - contract

Action required

After you've read our iPads for Educaton service terms and conditions, please download the contract, complete all the details and send it back to us, preferably by email.

By sending the completed contract to us you are confirming that you have read the terms and conditions and that you agree to them.

If you are a parent/guardian or a learner aged 18 or over taking out the contract, we will run your details through a small credit check before sending out the Direct Debit form to you. We need to carry out a credit check before we can supply the phone/service to you. We do this by asking Credit Safe, a credit checking company to match the details you give us with the information that they hold about your identity and financial history. Credit Safe provide us with a risk score which they have calculated, based on information from the credit reference agency Call Credit. If your score returns in the bands 4 to 10 range we are able to proceed with our application. If your score is within bands 1 to 3 we can't provide you with the phone service and we won't keep your information. If you are concerned your credit history information may be incorrect, then you should contact Call Credit directly.
