How do Sponsors update or edit Member information?

Sponsors can update their Members' information, including login information, grade level and educational plans, online through their UK education collection account. To update Member information:

  1. Select the Members link on the left side of the My UK education collection page.
  2. Select the Edit button (the "pencil" icon) to the left of the Member's name.
  3. Update the information as necessary, then select the Save button.
  4. Alternatively, if a Member is no longer at your Organization and you wish to remove him or her from the account, you can select the "Remove Member" button in the bottom right corner of the dialog box that appears when you select the pencil icon next to a student's name. However, please ensure that you do not remove a student who is still part of your organization.

Only the Primary Contact on an organizational account can remove multiple members at one time, as follows:

  1. Log in to the Primary Contact's UK education collection account.
  2. Select the Members link on the left side of the My UK education collection page.
  3. Check the box to the left of the Member's name.
  4. Select the "More Actions" button at the bottom of the Member roster, then select "Remove Member." It may take a few minutes for Members to be removed from the roster.

If you are unable to update a Member's information, please contact the Primary Contact on your account for more information. If you need additional help, please contact UK education collection Support.

If your Organization is a school or district, we recommend reviewing your roster at the beginning of each school year to make sure it is up-to-date.
