- Synopsis
- This labelled diagram shows a collision between two small trolleys. There is a locator dot shown, which will be at the top left of the page when the image is the correct way up. The image is surrounded by a dashed line image border. The trolleys are shown from the side, on a flat, horizontal surface running across the bottom of the page. On each one only two of their four wheels can be found. The weight of each trolley is printed down the page. The velocity of the trolleys and their direction of travel, indicated by right pointing arrows, is shown up the page. The two trolleys stick to each other after impact. Calculate the velocity of the two trolleys after impact.
